My Inspiration

Surely people know who Jesse Owen is right, but if you don't then keep on reading.
Jesse Owens was a Black American athlete. He competed in the 1936 OLympics in Berlin. Jesse was filled with bravery and inspiration, because Adolf Hitler did not want black men competing.

So I would like to share who my inspiration is. I have many people I look up to including my friends, teachers,  family members, and more. But there is two amazing people in this world who I look up to and that is my parents.

A lot of peoples inspiration can be their parents, but they are mine because from time to time they make me laugh as if I was at a stand up comedy show. Sometimes there just like teachers because they support you in life. Even know I get annoyed at them sometimes I would regret it the next day because of simple reasons.

  1. Hi Davarni,

I really enjoyed reading your post about who inspires you. I think that you wrote a beautiful message about your parents and about the way that they love you, support you, teach you and, I am sure, believe in you. It was really lovely to read. I particularly liked the way that you said, "...they are mine because from time to time they make me a laugh as if I was at a stand-up comedy show." I think that you are so lucky to have parents who can make you laugh and show you support. That is very special!

I hope that you are able to tell them that they are the people who most inspire you. I'm sure that it will make them feel so happy.

    Keep up the great work!

    Cheers, Rachel :)
