How can you look after your health?

Health, What is health? You health is very important for your body. It’s what keeps you alive and healthy. To stay healthy you need to drink water, eat healthy, and get some exercise.
Drinking water is good for your health. Drinking water cleans out your kidneys, makes your skin look younger, and help you lose weight.To stay healthy drink water and not fizzy. The sooner you do this the sooner you will be healthy.  Maybe if you have a water bottle you can  mark how much you will drink every time you're thirsty or you can have a reminder saying “ Have a glass of water “ every now and then. If it is hard for you to drink water then just think of the bad things that will happen. For example if we didn’t drink water we wouldn’t be alive and healthy.
You need to eat a balanced diet. So to have a healthy meal you have to balance it right. To do that you will need to have veggies but not just veggies because you also need protein so add some meat or chicken in there. And even fish and some fruit will do the rest. Try not to have so many packets of chips, fizzy drinks, dairy products, and other food with low nutritional value. Stay away from food  that you know is not good for you. Candy is also a big problem in health because a lot of kids and maybe some adults love lollies. It doesn't just make you unhealthy it also damages your teeth, but it’s okay to have some lollies once  a week or month.
Getting exercise is a good way to stay fit.Staying fit is a good way to keep our health high and weight down. Now and then it is good to go out and have a run or if you have a bike you could bike around the basin or your neighbourhood. It’s good if you go and get some fresh air you, but not only doing that you can also go to the gym and do some workouts. But people mostly go there to get  muscles and when you wanna get muscles you gain weight too.Some people when they lose weight they go back to eating junk food and drinking fizzy, but hopefully if you succeed in being fit you will stay fit and not waste all your time. It’s okay to have some treats once in awhile if you want.
In the end it all comes down to staying healthy. Make sure you drink water, eat healthy and stay fit. If you wanna be healthy and active get to work and stop wasting time on social networks. Good luck and hope you have learnt a lot from this.

    I really like how you have created a message about doing things in moderation in this piece of writing. You are right, some people try and to be too extreme and this often fails - it is better to have a balanced diet and still enjoy having treats sometimes.
