Diwali

 Diwali

Also known as Divali or Deepwali, is the festival of lights.
It is celebrated in many countries but mainly India.

Back in the day, women would make patterns outside their doorstep using chalk powder.
They also lit lamps on their roofs and around their house.

Each and everyone in the country would do this so that darkness would no longer be seen.
But other than celebrating with lamps and patterns, people also made delcious sweets and set off firecrackers.

So since today is the main day of Diwali ~
HAPPY DIWALI EVERYONE!

    1. Hi Miss stone,

The most interesting part about Diwali to me, is the backstory. It kinda reminded me about Adam and Eve.
